The result is a medium-fruity green oil with peppery flavour and robust citrus notes.

Enjoy it in vinaigrettes, soups and sauces – or drizzle it over pasta, grilled meat, chicken and seafood. Made by the fourth-generation Muraglia family, the oil arrives in a handcrafted ceramic container, beautifully decorated by local Italian artists with sunny yellow lemons. After you finish the oil, use the collectible ceramic container as a vase or serving vessel.
